|Thread:||Olive for natural. Or orange, red or chartreuse to create a hotspot.|
|Body:||Synthetic peacock (e.g. glister) or yellow polypropylene dubbing.|
|Back:||Strip of black closed-cell polyethylene foam about 4mm wide and 2mm thick for #14, and 5mm wide and 3mm thick for #10.|
|Post:||Polypropylene yarn, colour to suit light conditions. Hackle: Grizzly.|
|Legs:||Knotted pheasant tail, or Egyptian goose breast fibres. Four pheasant tail or six goose breast fibres for #14, and six pheasant tail for #10.|
